Our Lips Refresh is a subtle lip enhancement designed to hydrate, smooth, and gently plump your lips while preserving a natural look. Forget the overdone “duck lips.” This treatment delivers soft, kissable lips that look like you were born with them.
Nurse Andrew’s approach is all about finesse. A very soft, light hyaluronic acid gel is skillfully injected to add a touch of volume where needed (often just along the lip line and center of the lips) and to fill in any fine lines. This special filler also deeply hydrates the lip tissue from within, so dryness and lip wrinkles are smoothed away. In addition, a custom blend of vitamins and antioxidants can be added to the injection to further improve the color and suppleness of your lips. The technique is sometimes called a “lip facial” because it rejuvenates the lips rather than dramatically resizing them.
The result? Your lips, but better. After a Lips Refresh, clients find their lips are naturally fuller-looking, silky-smooth, and more defined, without anyone suspecting a treatment was done. The shape of your cupid’s bow and lip outline will be subtly enhanced, correcting any asymmetry gently. When you speak or smile, your lips will move freely and softly – our flexible filler ensures there’s no stiffness.
Treatment time is around 30 minutes. A numbing cream ensures the process is very comfortable (the majority of patients feel little more than a pinch). Nurse Andrew will carefully assess your lip shape and discuss your ideal outcome – whether it’s just a bit more hydration or a slightly fuller pout. The injections are then done with fine needles or a micro-cannula to minimize bruising.
You may have a bit of swelling for 24–48 hours (often described as looking like you have a great lip gloss on). Once settled, the improvement is beautifully natural. Effects last about 6–9 months on average. With periodic refreshers, you can keep your lips youthful, hydrated, and irresistibly plump.
